This letter was submitted to Comptroller Peter Franchot expressing concerns about placing the cost burden of moving WSSC water and sewer lines on rate payers rather than the private companies that would be profiting off of Beltway and I-270 expansion. This was part of a letter writing campaign led by Citizens Against Beltway Expansion.
